programme
Friday July 12
18:00 – 19:00 h
The exhibition offers a journey through the work created by the artist from the late 1980s until today. Through different languages, including sculpture, collage, photography, video, installations and live actions, we will delve into a key concept to understand his body of work: the performing dimension, out there where the illusory and the real converge in a constant back-and-forth.

The artists and researchers Albert Gironès,Eva PaiàandMarina Ribot Pallicer have crafted a collective route through the exhibition. During the visit, the guides will accompany participants in collectively creating a story in which each individual contributes their own knowledge through dialogue. As part of the tour, clues will be shared that resonate throughout the museum in a way that each visitor can take away a murmur from the exhibition.
Saturday July 13
18:00 – 19:00 h
Where the sensitive matter made up of the pieces in the MACBA Collection expands with new acquisitions and favours new relationship scenarios among the artworks. It constitutes a new account of stories that includes absences and favours other discourses as common spaces; scenarios of possibility where the forms of relationship that artistic practices establish with their subjects can be questioned and updated.

An opportunity to mutate the guided tour format and lead it into a collective conversation focused around experiences with the works of the MACBA Collection.

Run by Avalancha, an artistic and educational research collective formed by Loli Acebalblanca ariasMarc Lugueraedu rubio and pol terrés.
Sunday July 14
12:00 – 13:00 h
This exhibition offers a vantage point from the outlying neighbourhoods over present-day Barcelona, including a total of thirteen commissions, some more transversal, others more specific, some more topographical and others more social in nature. In a certain way, this photographic project offers a perspective on how the city will change in the coming years.
