Artists in residence is a programme that encourages creation and research which centres on performative work with the body.

2021 Edition
This year the project is based on the lines of research and experimentation of La Casa Encendida and MACBA Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona.
2020 Edition
La Casa Encendida, CA2M Centro de Arte Dos de Mayo and MACBA will continue to support artists involved in performing arts. We will continue to work to encourage creation and research which centres on performative work with the body.
L’internationale
It is a museum network based on a long-term relationship outside the usual parameters and it is defined as a new artistic internationalism, not hierarchical and decentralised, based on the value of difference and horizontal exchanges.
