Contractor Profile
The MACBA Contractor Profile is the advertising medium for tender and previous announcements; awards and formalizations of major contracts, and aggregated publications of minor contracts and those based on framework agreements; the management commissions using internal resources; and for cancellations, withdrawals and decisions to not award commissions or subscribe to agreements.
Through the Contractor Profile Platform, you can consult the terms of individual administrative clauses and technical requirements, as well as the technical documentation for tender procedures.
Other documents are also available, such as general administrative clauses, the Social and Environmental Public Procurement Guide of the Barcelona City Council for the inclusion of social, environmental and ethical criteria in procurement at MACBA; the DEUC Guide and information regarding electronic invoicing.
